Graduated college with a business degree and came back to Alaska to work in the tourism industry. After years with some small and large tour companies, Isaiah developed a desire to coach. Isaiah started coaching boys basketball with Brad Lauwers at his alamater, Heritage Christian School in the early 2000’s. During this time his passion to help the students and the school grow lead him to accepting the Athletic Director position at Heritage Christian School. While there at Heritage Christian assisting Brad Lauwers the Heritage Christian School boys basketball program soared to heights it had never seen before! From 2002-2010 the program won numerous South-central Conference championships, 8 straight trips to the 3A State Championships, and won back to back 3A state championships in 2005 and 2006. 

In the fall of 2010 Isaiah accepted a position at the Alaska School Activities Association as an Associate Director. His role is managing all state championship event financials, coordinates media relations, ASAA365.com, ASAA calendars, monitors and solicits championship bids, produces and designs all state champion programs, manages and produces social media platform content, and is the director for ASAA March Madness Alaska. Isaiah also coordinates Football, Wrestling, Hockey, Basketball and Baseball.

After thinking about doing a podcast for a while. Finally, in the summer of 2023, Isaiah, Brad, and Keaton started putting it together and here we are!
